My Philosophy

Horace (Roman poet, 65BC) said that a picture was a poem without words. In today's world, it could be said that a photograph is a poem without words. Both use qualities such as colour, pattern, texture, shape and form. By being deliberately attentive to aspects such as light, narrative and emotion, aspects that are of great importance to both poetry and photography, I can use my lens to capture your story and preserve it for generations to come.
